Small Fry Program
Youth development through discipline, confidence and combat sports fundamentals. The Small Fry Program is a structured youth training system focused on discipline, coordination, confidence, athletic development and foundational boxing and wrestling skills. The goal is safe progression, better focus, stronger habits and improved body control.
